This is the first time I have done a challenge for
Color Me Scrappy. I had a great photo of Abi which just suited the colour scheme. It was from her eighth birthday party, playing the chocolate game where you get to eat as much chocolate as you can with a knife and fork until the next person rolls a six. Apart from the cardstock, stamps and washi tape which are new I have used some very old stuff from my stash on this layout - 7 Gypsies and MME patterned paper and a Heidi Grace rub-on. Normally I have to have some re-purposed or handmade embellishments - in this case it is the stamped tabs and the large red plastic paper clip which came in a Christmas cracker. I think this is because my darling husband always says something along the lines of "I thought you were supposed to use
scraps for scrapbooking - how come it costs so much?" Not that he really minds...
